We are a small carrier out of Spring Hill, FL and we LOVE working with Universal. They always give us exceptional service and professionalism. Everyone on that team rocks. Before coming to Richards Comer Creek Farm I had worked with Universal thru the flatbed and stepdeck division. I had a very good experience so when I got here I reached out to the reefer division. I was very lucky to get to work with them. They continually go above and beyond to help us out. They understand that trust is a major part in building a good relationship.
